Shipping Policy
At ANQOR we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our practices in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within India (no international shipping). Any restrictions on delivery areas will be clearly specified at checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
• All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
• Prices shown are inclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes.
• No hidden costs will be charged beyond what is displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
• Standard delivery time within India is usually 3-7 days, but some deliveries may take up to 8-15 days depending on the shipping location.
• Customers will be informed of estimated delivery timelines during checkout and in the order confirmation email.
• Delays may occur due to external factors such as strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions (force majeure).
4. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• Orders can be tracked online through our shipping partner’s portal or via the “My Orders” section on our website.
5. Failed Deliveries
• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery.
• After repeated unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us, and we may process a refund after deducting return shipping charges (if applicable).
6. Damaged or Missing Items
• If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contactanqor@gmail.com
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
We don’t ship internationally at ANQOR.
