Refund policy
At ANQOR, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• You may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted if:
• The product delivered is defective, damaged, or expired.
• The product does not match its description, advertisement, or order.
• Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or perishable nature. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. Return Process
• To initiate a return, contact us at contactanqor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
• Customers must ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase(bill).
3. Cancellation and Refunds
• Order Cancellations are possible if requested immediately after purchases, cancellation request after 24 hours will be rejected.
• You must claim a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. You are required to provide an unboxing video and clear pictures of the defective product and original packaging.
• We issues a full refund once the shipping carrier officially marks the item as "lost."
• If a package is returned to us (due to a wrong address or refusal), we will store it in our warehouse for 100 days. You can choose to re-ship it to a new address (at a fee), but no refund is provided for the original order cost.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• No hidden fees or cancellation charges will be applied.
4. Exchange (If Applicable)
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the above terms.
• Exchange are not applicable for wrong size or design ordered by the customer since products are printed specifically for orders.
5. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must retain original invoices and shipping receipts for verification.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return/refund.
• In case of damaged products, customer must provide unboxing videos, pictures of defective product, and images of original packaging along with invoice.
